Privacy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This page covers the websites under nextdigitools.com: this site, each extension’s site, and the
contact and refund forms. Each extension has its own privacy policy on its own site, describing what the
extension itself stores.
Visiting the sites
- The sites set no cookies of their own and use no analytics or advertising.
- The sites are served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block abuse.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also contacts Google when a page loads.
What the forms store
| Form | What you type | What is added automatically |
|---|---|---|
| Contact | Email, message, and your name and a subject if you give them | Date and time, country, a scrambled form of your IP address |
| Refund request | Email you paid with, plan, purchase date, and a receipt number and reason if you give them | Date and time, the extension concerned, country, browser type, a scrambled form of your IP address |
Your IP address itself is not stored. A one-way scrambled value (a salted hash) is kept so we can limit how many times one sender can submit a form.
Why, and for how long
- We use these details only to answer you, to find your payment and process a refund, and to stop spam.
- Form submissions are deleted automatically 12 months after they were sent.
- We do not sell them or share them, and we do not use them for marketing.
Spam protection
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs a check in your browser and sends the result to Cloudflare. Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to that check.
Where the data is kept
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what a form stored about you, or ask us to delete it before the 12 months are up. Use the contact form and give the same email address you used before.
